Steve worked for many years as a Director of Engineering for a large automotive components manufacturer where he also programmed CAD and robotic welding lines for many years.

On a personal side, Stephen Sadler (Steve) was born in Nottingham England, raised in Blenheim, Ontario, Canada and in 2006 he and his family became US Citizens. Steve was also a competitive bodybuilder who now enjoys coaching soccer, playing ice hockey, lifting weights, socializing at his Church with his family and friends.
