Support for Older Versions of Ignite Ends May 20

Scate Ignite users: Support for older versions ends May 20, so email sales@scateignite.com to get an upgrade before it’s too late!  Below is a copy of the email that was sent to all users, twice now.

Please note that in order to continue to provide you with better products and excellent customer service, we will discontinue support (phone, email, fax, message board, etc.) for all OLDER Ignite products on May 20, 2009 (the one year anniversary date of the release of the newer Ignite 4 product line). Products affected include ALL versions of Ignite 2006, Ignite Expert Edition, Ignite Pro Studio and IgniteCAST.com Edition.

After May 20, 2009, we will not provide technical support via any of the above means, nor will there be any additional fixes or patches made for these products. Of course, SUPPORT WILL CONTINUE AS NORMAL for all current Ignite 4 versions, including Ignite 4 Home, Ignite 4 Standard and Ignite 4 Professional.
